The Company reserves the right to cancel or terminate any account or membership without prior notice if it violates our terms and conditions, compromises our website security, provides fake information, or due to non-payment. While using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

After registering on the website with your user ID and password, you are entirely responsible for safeguarding and maintaining your account privacy. Please notify us immediately if you find any unauthorized use of your account.
FreelanceDigitizers is not responsible or liable for any damages or losses arising from the following conditions:
FreelanceDigitizers will not entertain or accept any project that includes adult-oriented, pornographic, obscene, or inappropriate images or content.
The Client/Buyer is free to select any freelancer for any project. FreelanceDigitizers will not have any involvement in worker classification or any issues arising related to the choice of a freelancer regarding a particular project.
Advance Payment: Clients are required to pay in advance for projects. No project will be processed without payment.
Platform Payments Only: You may not offer direct payments to designers using payment systems outside of the FreelanceDigitizers system.
Payment Processor: All our payments are processed by our reseller, 2checkout.com, which is a USA-based company. FreelanceDigitizers does not ask for or store customer credit card or bank account information.
Accepted Methods: American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, Visa, Bank Wire, and PayPal.
Currencies: All our prices are listed in US Dollars (USD), but we accept payments in your local currency as well.
Quality Standard: If a Designer fails to meet the right quality after three (3) editing attempts, you may ask for a refund. You will be required to provide evidence of the quality failure.
Liability: No compensation for product damage, material costs, or time loss will be paid under any circumstances.
You are engaging with FreelanceDigitizers as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating an employer-employee relationship, a partnership, or a joint venture.
All communications and transactions between Freelancers and Customers must remain exclusively on FreelanceDigitizers.com.
No Personal Information: You agree not to share emails, phone numbers, or social media.
Clean Delivery Files: No personal contact info, logos, or promotional material in delivered files.
No Direct Contact: You are prohibited from contacting customers outside the platform.
Fulfilling Orders: Sellers must complete orders and avoid unnecessary cancellations.
Quality Responsibility: Sellers are responsible for work quality and revisions.
Cancelled Orders: Sellers will not be paid for valid cancellations due to poor quality or failure to follow instructions.
Freelancers are not allowed to resell or reuse completed files and may not store them for more than one (1) day after completion.
Confidentiality: All customer files and information must remain confidential.
Security Deposit: Earnings from the first ten (10) jobs are held as a security deposit.
Payment Requests: Sellers may request payment within fifteen (15) days after successful order completion.
Payout Schedule: Payments are released within seven (7) days after request.
